Whether you are new to the game, looking to improve your fundamentals, preparing for competitive play, or simply trying to enjoy golf more, our experienced instructional team provides a welcoming and knowledgeable environment to help every student improve.
Our professionals work with beginners, juniors, league players, club champions, collegiate golfers, and competitive amateur players. Lessons are designed to meet each student’s individual goals while focusing on sound fundamentals, course management, confidence, and long-term improvement.

Steve Donnelly, PGA
Steve Donnelly brings over 30 years of golf instruction experience, teaching players of all ability levels. His students have included club champions, Metropolitan Section professionals, collegiate golfers, U.S. Amateur qualifiers, and competitive players throughout Long Island.
In addition to teaching, Steve has been an accomplished player throughout his career. He has competed in Metropolitan PGA events, Long Island PGA events, New York State Opens, and Long Island Opens. Steve is also a Long Island Senior Open Champion.
Steve’s teaching approach combines experience, patience, and a strong understanding of the golf swing to help each student improve in a clear and effective way.
Jake Finnell, PGA Associate / Director of Instruction
Jake Finnell is an accomplished player who has turned his passion for golf into a career in instruction. He has a strong desire to help students learn, improve, and enjoy the game.
Jake’s knowledge of the game, golf swing, communication skills and friendly dispostion enables him to help all levels of golfers. He is especially passionate about teaching junior golfers, beginner players, and adaptive golfers. His patient and encouraging approach helps students build confidence while developing the skills needed to enjoy the game.
Joe Perlson
Joe Perlson has been involved in golf his entire life and is an excellent player. His knowledge of the game and his engaging personality enable him to connect with players of all skill levels and ages.
Joe has a unique ability to make everyone feel comfortable, laugh and have fun while learning how to improve at golf.
